Commemorative Passports for a Historic Occasion
In a groundbreaking move, the U.S. State Department will release a limited number of commemorative passports featuring President Donald Trump's likeness. This initiative marks the first time a living president will be depicted on a U.S. passport, coinciding with the celebration of America's 250th anniversary.
Available starting just before July 4, between 25,000 and 30,000 of these special passports will be issued at the Washington, D.C. passport office. The design includes:

- •Customized artwork and enhanced imagery
- •A unique cover featuring bold gold print
- •A small gold laminate American flag with the number 250 encircled by stars
While the commemorative passport will be the default for in-person applicants, standard passports can still be obtained online or outside Washington. This initiative not only celebrates a significant milestone in American history but also continues the trend of honoring Trump in various forms of currency and documentation.
